Mr. Makarand Deshpande is working with Skoda Auto India Private Ltd. a multi national company, as a Director in HR & Admin department; he joined Skoda on 7th March 2008. His Educational Qualification is M.Sc. Maths and Professional Qualification is M.L.S (Master of Labour Studies) from Mumbai University, in year 1987 in first division. He is having total 20 years experience in HR & Admin field. In these he worked with KMA Limited situated in Kurla Mumbai, Colgate Palmolive I Ltd. Aurangabad, Anurang Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. Aurangabad, Carona Puma Ltd. Aurangabad, Nitco Tiles Ltd. Raigad, TTK Maersk Medical Ltd Aurangabad, Videocon International Ltd. Aurangabad and Thermax Ltd. Pune. He is the Chairman of NIPM – Aurangabad Chapter for 2008 -09 and 2009 to 2010. He was also the chairman in the year 2000– 01. During his tenureship as chairman he conducted the Western Regional Conference and National Conference respectively. He was also on the National Council of NIPM.
